Fashion And Fitness

After reading the name you thought this would be about fitness! You are wrong. But hold on before you go, read it once that might change your opinion.
Do you think fashion is only for slim and fit girls ? Think again.. Fashion and Fitness are two different things. In fashion industries there was a mentality that only a tall-slim girl can do fashion or modeling. Many people still think so today. Fitness is necessary for good health .. but many people are still can't be fit even if they walk 10,000 steps per day. But that doesn't mean that fat or chubby girls can not do fashion. Fashion is for everyone in their every own way. Girls who have size zero looks preety that doesn't mean that girls who have plus size can't look preety.

After looking at these pictures what do you think? Your opinion has changed or still the same?

I think these girls looks gorgeous in their own way. They don't need any gym training or something to loose their weight. They have enough confidence to show their self proudly. They don't need to hide anything from anyone. No need to be ashamed of anything. They have proudly acknowledged what God has given them.

To do fashion fitness is not compulsory. If you have self-confidence and a good clothing skills you can also look pretty enough. For that you have to keep updated with fashion trends. It is not necessary that every trendy clothes suit on you. You have to be aware about that what type of clothes suit on you and what type doesn't. If your fashion skills are week you can improve them from fashion shows, magazines, influencers, blogs, etc.

Tara Lynn, Robyn Lawley, Ashley Graham, candice Huffine, Denise Bidot these are top 5 plus size models. They inspire many girls to do fashion without any fear or shame.

To encourage the confidence of plus size girls there are fashion show specially organised for theme.

There are some plus size magazines. Here are some of them : Slink, Pose, Plus model, Skorch, Volup2, Queen Size, Daily Venus Diva, Dare Magazine, etc.

Following are some fashion influencers for plus size.

Rocking tricky trends with confidence and grace comes naturally to Stavana Lynn, the blogger behind this lifestyle blog. A huge thrifter with a passion for good deals, she is an expert at finding those hidden gems and showing them off in her must-copy outfits.

Nicole’s style resolution for 2018 is one we can definitely get on board with. Stepping out of our comfort zones and experimenting with more color and print. Thankfully we have her to look to for inspiration and a wealth of awesome ideas.

After reading this, If you think that fitness is not necessary at all, again you are wrong. Fitness is not necessary for fashion but it is necessary when we talk about our health. Shilpa Shetty has set an example for that. She reduced her weight by 21 kg in the three months after pregnancy. She had made a proper diet plan with strength training, cardio and yoga.
