FASHION SHOW REPORT MANDATORIES.

As we all know that fashion is not just about models and runaways but also about details. Whether it's embellished top at Louis Vuitton's recent show at Incheon airport, or Dior's 2020 collection by MariaGraziaChiuri, There's no fashion report that fails to highlight the details manifesting the designs. A good fashion report comes from a perceptive vocabulary and a keen eye towards the particulars listed below;
  • Concentrate on the walk.
Choreography helps the audience to feel the ramp and the idea of the show. Gretchen Burns, a fashion choreographer, started as a ballet dancer and ended up having her head wrapped around fashion choreography years later and says that it gives her a major thrill, when she was interviewed by Caroline Lemke, Times staff writer.
  • Feel the theme.
Fashion shows themes are either go or no go, there's nothing in between. Chanel's Fall/Winter 2017s space theme did not fail to amaze the Fashionistas (https://youtu.be/C89jkwr_wXk) whereas Moschino's collaboration with Jeremy Scott bought in Construction zone theme, Spring/Summer 2016 which has to be the most peculiar runway creating an experience! • Key pieces
If you're into writing fashion, your number one pointer has to be, to pick the key piece of the designs displayed on the runway. If the brand has twenty garments displayed on runway, writing about all the similar outfits bores the reader, that is when few designs are made key pieces and then penned down. Versace's Fall/Winter collection 2019 has around 75 get ups showcased, but we all know, seventy fives have the attention, but Fashionistas write about handfuls.
  • Forecasting colours and prints.
We know when you watch the pieces of runway, you want all of them in your wardrobe but hey! if that's not possible, you better not frown because the designs displayed are for near future and not on sale right then. New York Fashion week's Spring 2020 collection had attendees forecast the colours forecasted. Remember how ombre ruled our closets back in 19th century? Guess who makes a comeback this spring now. NYFW 2020s runway displayed Rose prints, Tangerine, Pistachio Green, Peachy Pink, Rainbow Brights, Butter yellows, going to be the new queens of your wardrobe this Spring, Ladies.
  • Hawkeye on styles.
Styling can always be fun, it talks about your personality and your mood. The colours, patterns, fabrics, fits you're wearing totally speaks about the design. Photographers like Phil Oh, photographs Street styles at fashion shows like, Milan fashion show, NewYork fashion week, London fashion week. Readers always want to know how what to wear with what, and how two or three colours go together, and how accessories can change the look, always keep your eye on how the models are styled so later, you can write about it.

Definitely they are not the only ones to focus on because details like designers, special attendees, music, media, etc, etc, needs equal attention but, you better not skip any of these because they directly talk about the fashion house, the brand, the designs, and the production team. When you already know your pointers to focus on, you're all set to attend the show and impress the audience with your content!
