  CINEPHILIA 2020: A fashion film screening by the Programme of Fashion Communication    The programme of Fashion Communication, Institute Of Fashion Technology, Maharaja Sayajirao University Of Baroda, Vadodara, had organized CINEPHILIA 2020, a fashion film screening put together by the students of Fashion Communication. Cinephilia is an annual filmmaking workshop of short films conceptualized, shot, and edited by the second year students of Fashion Communication. It is a practical showcase by the students under the subject 'Introduction to Film Making', taught by Ms. Bhakti Patel, a Teaching Assistant at the programme. The film screening was  at Amphitheater, Institute of Fashion Technology.   For the first time ever in MSU Baroda, fashion films were showcased.   Batik Workshop 2020 by the Programme of Fashion Communication The programme of Fashion Communication, Institute Of Fashion Technology, Maharaja Sayajirao University Of Baroda, Vadodara, had organized Batik Workshop, an art work on t anned goat leather for the students of Fashion Communication.    Batik is a traditionally made cloth, silk and leather made understood to the students of first year and second year. Students designed, crafted   and hand-stitched hand bags, wallets, jackets and earrings. The workshop was a practical showcase under the subject 'Fashion Accessories' and 'Exhibition and Display Design'. Students learned how to use t anned goat leather dyeing with batik method, simultaneously understanding the nuances of homogenous colour without motives mentored M r. Since last few years words like unisex, gender neutral, gender equal have become much more familiar among youth, As more and more luxury brands, big fashion houses, fashion influencers and high-end fashion designers are involving in related areas and aspects of this new popular concept. This concept defies typical gender-norms and boundaries. People are free to express themselves, explore themselves and be proud of whatever they are. New gender identities are being defined that no one has ever heard of. People are discussing it, declaring it loudly in public, raising their voices for equal chances and respect that they deserve. It is starting to change social norms based on gender-roles. The point is, we, humans are used to creating our very own rules and boundaries limiting ourselves from exploring other aspects that aren’t seen by us. Then how is this all happening?
